Both the MD & HOP roles are responsible for covering the whole of the live output for Daytime from 6.00am to 1.30pm therefore you must be comfortable to work in a demanding, fast paced and vibrant environment with ever changing deadlines and priorities.The role will include building and maintaining strong relationships with ITV’s and Daytime’s Senior Leadership teams, including the show's Editors as well as the other PA's across ITV, the Daytime team and to external clients. You must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority in a confident and clear manner.The successful candidate will be able to pre-empt the MD's and HOP’s needs and use their initiative on a daily basis. They must have creative problem solving skills and accept that no task is too large or too small and approach all with enthusiasm.In this role you will be privy to confidential information and it's essential you operate with workplace maturity and discretion. You must also be comfortable with some out of hours and weekend working. The job requires a minimum of 4 days in the office.A skilled EA with proven experience in media would be an advantage as well as advanced powerpoint, excel skills and knowledge of google drive and google mail.
