    12 month fixed term positionThis could be a full time or part time opportunityLondon, with remote working (Alternative Locations would also be considered) Closing date: 27th October 2021Why you should join us…We connect with millions of people every day, make content they can't get enough of and reflect and shape the world we live in… and we do all this through the power of creativity.We will be a digitally led entertainment and media company that creates and brings brilliant content to audiences, wherever, whenever and however they choose.Business overview:This role sits within the Resourcing and Development team - specifically working across development, engagement and talent programmes and activities.  We are responsible for making sure colleagues at every level of the organisation have the right capability and skills to be able to deliver our More Than TV Strategy.  This role will have a focus on ensuring that the development we provide our high potentials is aligned with the future needs of the business and using insights from the engagement survey to ensure we are listening to colleagues' experience of working at ITV- creating the best environment for them to succeedThis role entails…The role will be responsible for the design and delivery of a range of talent, performance, diversity & inclusion development projects and programmes.  The role will support the business by consulting, providing advice, offering support and building out business specific as well as ITV-wide development interventions.You will also be responsible for regular reporting at the management board, Plc Board and annual report to demonstrate how our people strategy and activity are aligned to and drives the More than TV strategySome Key Responsibilities…Lead the design and delivery of the ITV High Potential and other talent development programmes as required  Support the Head of People Development in the delivery of Talent & Succession Planning Draft and prepare People Reports for Plc Board/Nominations CommitteePrepare and draft people reports for the annual reportProvide subject matter expertise for the ITV Engagement survey / Pulse and team surveys, including purpose, question design, result interpretation and corporate action planning Design and deliver interventions that build internal capability to support More than TV strategyWork as a development business partner with HRBPs to design and facilitate team days and other business specific training - using training needs analysis to inform the responseProvide best practice support and guidance in the design and delivery of diversity & inclusion development and learning interventions aligned with the group D&I strategic priorities for leaders, managers and all colleaguesBuild relationships with the training providers to ensure that all the programmes we deliver have clear learning objectives and are aligned to our broader leader, manager and all colleague offerings.  Use data and insights to inform decision making on where and how we spend our development budgetWork across broader Resourcing & Development and HR projects/activities as requiredTo be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:Minimum role criteria:Business Psychology degree or equivalent experience to support the development of D&I and talent programmes with clear learning objectives and outcomesIn-depth experience in preparing / writing presentations and written board level corporate reportsProven experience of designing, delivering & embedding development projects through to implementationExperience of working with and engaging with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships both internally and externallyITV strongly encourages applications for this role from candidates with a disability and as a Disability Confident Leader if you meet the minimum criteria for a role and you have declared that you have a disability, we’ll guarantee you’ll get to the next stage*.(minimum criteria above)The Key role criteria is as follows:Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience of working with and engaging with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationshipsAbility to listen to and translate the needs of HR and the business into actions and programmesAbility to analyse data and identify themes - using data to inform project and programme prioritiesHave a proactive and methodical approachCan work under pressure and within tight timelines across multiple projectsPlan, coordinate and prioritize activities successfully to work independently and as part of a team environmentAble to bring in external best practice to ensure projects are best in classA strong track record in business partnering and consulting with key stakeholders across a complex organization.Budget management
