Reporting to the Head of Studios, the  Studio Assistant will support the Studios Team and Head of Engineering / Live GalleriesKey AccountabilitiesSupporting the Head of Studios, Head of Engineering and Live Galleries and the Studios team with all studio projects.Providing excellent administrative support.Attending relevant Studio meetings, assisting with studio productions, booking and administration of crew, booking of kit, updating studio schedules, over-seeing client dressing room, green room and make-up room requirements.Required Skills and ExperienceAn understanding of the television production process and associated crew roles.Sound organizational and numeracy skills.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).Excellent administration skills.Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Working ConditionsThis is a full time, 1 year fixed term contract and will be based at Stockley Business Park, Uxbridge.You may be required to work unsocial hours, eg at weekends, late evenings to assist with studio projects and events.About IMGIMG is a global leader in sports, fashion, events and media.
