Reporting to the Lead Digital Content Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the lifecycle of multiple clips and working with the Digital Content Manager in archiving media into IMG’s MAM.Key AccountabilitiesTo monitor the lifecycle of all clips from point A to B. Ensuring clips have reached their destinationTo communicate any failures in transfers to the relevant personnelClear handover information for colleagues as this will be a shift-based roleCarryout the archiving of media into IMG’s MAMMedia Management services on various projectsYou may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the jobRequired Skills and ExperienceMust have previous experience of working in a demanding production environmentHave good knowledge of different file typesExperience with working across multiple projects, effectively managing and prioritizing workloadExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to keep calm and react positively in a pressured environmentAble to work unsupervised efficientlyAbility to multi-taskMethodical and has great attention to detailWorking ConditionsThis is a full time permanent role and will be based at Stockley Business Park, UxbridgeWorking hours are 4 day on/off shift pattern (11-hour shifts)Evening, weekend, and overnight shifts will be required
