ABOUT THE ROLECrew chiefs provide clients with an individual point of contact, manage crew onsite and ensure that all projects are delivered to the clients’ exact requirements and exceed their expectations. You will be required to:·        Oversee projects from start to completion·        Act as an extension of the management team·        Carry out crew member’s appraisals and complete management reports after each project. ·        Attending client meetingsABOUT YOUWe provide the best crew to the Events industry. Being flexible and prepared to work unsociable hours/Weekends, physically fit, a team player with a proactive work ethic, punctual and reliable, having a positive attitude and good English are all a given. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
