Key responsibilities:* Teach to an exceptional level in Drama and Musical Theatre and be a confident, dynamic performer* Work alongside other specialists to devise and teach exciting and high quality Musical Theatre and Drama courses* Help introduce examination systems for Drama such as Trinity* Develop Combined Arts performances such as Musical Theatre Productions and concerts* Work closely on Musical Theatre with the Music and Dance Specialist and other visiting professionals*  Help promote a range of outstanding performance opportunities for the Academy in the 3-16 age range and adult courses Since it opened the door in April 2016, it has been developing on a fast pace. It has become a well known name among Shanghai bilingual and international schools. In June 2016, British council visited iStage. In November 2016, iStage was rewarded as the winner of 2016 entrepreneur in Shanghai. In March 2018, the founder of iStage was invited to deliver a speech at a TEDx event.* Participate in initiative curriculum development and advising on future direction* Take responsibility for supervision of Drama performance facilities and ensure a lively, safe and vibrant working environment* Assist with sourcing and purchasing Drama equipment and resources* Assist in the day to day operations of the iStage Academy* Advise and assist with the publicity and promotion of the Academy and co-ordinate any public performances and examinations* Help co-ordinate and deliver satellite courses were appropriate in outside venues
