    We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Producer FTC to join the Creative team.Purpose of the role:Oversee large campaigns and core makelist (clip based on air promos) in terms of key deliverable accountability.Help to create a streamlined campaign process maximising the effectiveness of resources across all departments.Lead project management of 360 campaigns - being the key contact for media agency partners and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget and with creative excellenceShoot production ¿ Production Management on our larger, shoot-based campaigns.  Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are adhered to, managing all insurances and negotiating the best deals and contracts for UKTV.Brand Identity production ¿ Project Management on channel refreshes and rebrands, overseeing deliverables and timelines.Special Projects - Ranging from sales reels to short form content and sponsorshipOverall Budget and forecast Management of your Channels, ensuring all PO¿s are raised and receipted in a timely manner.In this role you will get to:Produce key shoots and campaigns for TVC¿s, Social, Print, Radio, DOOH, OOH, Cinema, experiential platforms.  Key responsibilities in maintaining and developing the creative team¿s award-winning output.  Line managing team of Campaign and Assistant Producers workloads, targets, and development.We are looking for someone who has:Complexity & Problem Solving:Need to be well organised and successfully juggles multiple projects, prioritising accordingly across multiple channels,and 200+ trails / 20+ off-air campaigns per annum.Anticipates issues, identifies bottlenecks & inefficiencies, and spot opportunities for improvement inworking practices and creative output.Plans on behalf of the team, ensuring all projects are staffed in good time and scheduled effectivelyInterprets and champions effectiveness learning, to optimise production spend and creative output.Managing Relationships:Liaise constructively with internal & external stakeholders, to get buy-in to the creative agenda, and resolve conflicts.Line management of Campaign and Assistant producers, identifying training needs and supporting career development. Overseeing the production team rota and assisting in allocation of creative, managing any freelance resource. Dealing with all production queries and liaising with our in house Legal, Music and Compliance teams Collaborating with Commissioning and Comms depts in managing Talent requests for campaigns.  Manages an open, honest relationship with the Post Producer Facility team, ensuring communication  is clear for all involved in the Post Production processCommercial Impact:To take a savvy approach making the most of UKTV¿s budgets and resourcesManaging the channel budgets, forecasting spends and overseeing project budgets.Business Impact / Strategic Responsibility:Has a good understanding of UKTV¿s strategy and how their role contributes to itAll risk management - managing all legislative and regulatory aspects of production (including clearances, health and safety, insurance and compliance matters. Assisting in negotiations of all service agreements including post production, talent, suppliers, production freelancers, annual production insurance and voice over agenciesWho you are:Experienced in overseeing all aspects of promotional on air and off-air production: pre-production planning, shooting and post productionExcellent organisational and communication skillsWork to tight deadlines and interact with a host of departmentsSkilled at managing multiple stakeholders and prioritiesA skilled negotiator with the ability to broker the best dealsCreative thinker; able to generate new ideas/concepts and execute themLine Management experienceWorking knowledge of Premier, Final Cut Pro, SAP (or equivalent), ScheduAll (or equivalent)Good understanding of the role of Digital and Social Media in broadcasting and multi-platform delivery.Thorough knowledge of health and safety in relation to productionStrong relationship management skillsEnthusiasm and passion for TV, production and creative
