    This involves receiving masters and ancillaries from producers, performing quality control, and taking care of onward delivery to worldwide broadcast clients.This role is suited to somebody looking for their first role in television. The successful candidate will assist the team in all aspects of their work, both technical and administrative.There are two coordinator roles in the Content Operations team, working collaboratively across the needs of the department. The responsibilities described below reflect the responsibilities spread across the two roles. Individual responsibilities will be allocated from time to time (and may be changed from time to time) by the Head of Content Operations.DutiesSupporting the Content Operations team across all areas as needed, in particular:Supporting the Distribution side of the team with outgoing delivery of support assets, artwork, and metadata; andSupporting the Acquisitions side of the team with incoming delivery of master materials and support assets.Key individual duties will be assigned by the Head of Content Operations depending on workload and structure of the team, but may include:Sourcing and uploading new screening material for the BR distribution site and sending out notices to the team of new content availability.Metadata preparation.Accurate tracking of materials to ensure completed delivery on incoming support materials and thereby contributing to the acceptance of programming and payment by Finance team.Inputting invoices into EasyTrack and processing as required.Performing 5-point checks on new content to ensure suitability.Undertaking edit jobs using Premiere Pro to create new master materials / client deliverables.Transcoding digital media to differing client specifications and requirements.Working with in house MAM software to ingest new digital assets.Assisting with the return of materials to producers (both physical and digital).Completing and filing relevant paperwork and adding data to in-house rights management system (EasyTrack).Other duties as assigned from time to time.General duties will include:Building and maintaining strong working relationship with internal and external clients, identifying requirements, managing expectations, and dealing promptly with queries, escalating problems in a timely manner.Assisting with general departmental dutiesKnowledge & SkillsAn enthusiasm for working in television post-production and/or distributionStrong written and verbal skills and high level of attention to detail essentialExcellent organisational and prioritisation skillsExperience of Adobe Premiere Pro is desirableSome experience with editing preferable but not essentialBasic Photoshop and Protools editing skills an advantage.Excellent IT skills and the ability to develop and maintain office systems.Flexibility and ability to adapt to different demands.Reporting to: Head of Content OperationsContract Type: PermanentHours: We will consider flexible working requests for all roles unless operational requirements prevent otherwise.
