We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join our creative team and be amember of the Leadership team.You will: Lead the delivery, development and evaluation of all creative projects. Ensure that both venues play a full part in the cultural life of the local community. Deliver the producing programming objectives  Develop and deliver producing and coproducing opportunities for the theatre Provide effective leadership to the freelance artistic team.Ideally you will have: Educated to degree level A passion for the social, cultural and financial ambitions of Studiosand Theatre Experience of producing theatre on small and medium scale The ability to work collaboratively and form effective partnerships internally andexternally Persuasive communication skills A positive “can do” attitude with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work onyour initiative Excellent organisation and planning skills with proven ability to work flexibly underpressure, to prioritise and to meet deadlines A genuine and demonstrable commitment to maintaining the broadening of culturaldiversity and access across all areas Knowledge/experience of national touring Knowledge/experience/contacts with regional theatres and co-production modelsSalary: to £35,000 pa plus benefits. Evening and weekend working will be required. And youwill be based over two sites.
