    Working with some of the most exciting brands in the world, our renowned studios are located just fifteen minutes from Soho, on the edge of Regent's Park.



    We are looking for a Full Time Assistant Studio Manager for our busy studios and in-house production services: equipment and lighting hire, set-building and catering.

    This exciting and demanding role requires a highly motivated and versatile individual with excellent organisational and communication skills.

    The role will be client facing, so the individual must be comfortable dealing with a range of people on a daily basis.

    *Previous experience of handling and booking lighting and photographic equipment is essential*



    GENERAL DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    •                Managing on-site lighting and equipment stock, overseeing the maintenance of in-house equipment, quoting clients using asset rental system, troubleshooting client issues and dealing with supplier deliveries.

    •                Preparing studios for upcoming shoots and keeping the overall appearance of the studios to a very high standard.

    •                Working with the Studio Manager to ensure that clients are well supported at all stages of their shoot while providing excellent customer service.

    •                Ensuring sustainability and limiting the studios’ carbon footprint is a constant priority.

    •                Helping potential clients develop workable options to suit their overall aims and forming ongoing relationships with new clients and crew. 

    •                Technically supporting creative concepts for both in-house jobs and external clients with lighting and equipment assistance, prop sourcing and production planning. 

    •                Supporting the Studio Manager in implementing procedures, stock checks, quality control, equipment storage and maintenance, and the overall efficient running of the studios. 

    •                Keyholder responsibilities.



    KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 

    ·   Previous experience of handling lighting and photographic equipment is essential 

    ·   Excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills.

    ·   Ability to work calmly and confidently in a fast-paced environment.

    ·   Keen interest in technical aspects of shooting, whether motion or stills.

    ·   Computer literate (Indesign, Word & Excel).

    ·   Degree or similar in Film, Photography or Production is recommended but not essential.

    ·   Interest or experience in event production would be beneficial but not essential.

    ·   Experience in hospitality would be beneficial.

    ·   Available to work flexible hours where required.



    Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience 

    (25 days holiday + overtime + pension entitlement)
