    COVID COMPLIANCE OFFICER (DISNEY THEATRICAL GROUP)Disney are looking for several Covid Compliance Officers, to work on their London shows and touring productions : Lion King London Dates: November 2021 and ongoing in LondonBeauty and the Beast – Touring showDates and Location :November 2021 and ongoing, Cardiff, Sunderland, Birmingham, ManchesterLion King – Touring ShowDates and Location : December 2021 and ongoing, Dublin, Bristol, Bradford, Edinburgh Reporting to the Health and Safety Consultant, Health and Safety Manager and working within a team of 3 Covid Officers and our testing team of nurses/practitioners this role is integral to the running of rehearsals and performances of our productions.Attend rehearsals, show and other calls as required.Working week will be 6 days out of 7 subject to the show schedule, this will involve, evening and week end work as required.Assisting the Health & Safety Manager in implementing, maintaining and updating COVID-19 risk assessments.Reviewing Government COVID-19 and Company related guidelines and regulations and sharing this information and reminding all of best practice daily.Monitoring and ensuring all staff are wearing the required PPE and social distancing wherever possible.To manage daily checklists/logs and take the appropriate actions as needed.Ensuring sanitising stations are accessible and topped up and checking levels of PPE suppliesEnsuring high-touch points are regularly sanitised throughout venues (rehearsal rooms / backstage as appropriate).To ensure there is appropriate signage around the venue.Always conducting yourself professionally, recognising that you are a representative of the Production.Working in accordance with the Production’s Health and Safety and other policy’s using appropriate safety equipment and clothing.Attending any work-related training as requested.Complying at all times with the rules and regulations of the theatre venue.Have the ability to work on personal initiative as well as under direction.Experience in working in a theatrical environment desirable.Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast and dynamic environment.To have excellent organisational and communication skills.Full training will be given prior to commencing role, any previous experience desirable.As this is a new position created in response to the global health emergency duties may evolve with changes in government regulations and industry best practice.This job description is a guide to the nature of the work required.
