Somewhere in the, possibly, very near future four women in their sixties are suddenly thrown

together in a large cell like room, none, seemingly, quite knowing why they are there, although

widespread rumour is far from encouraging. In the room are four thin mattresses, a bucket, toilet

roll and, almost hidden from view, a dumb waiter. We open with one woman, JUNE already in the

room uncertain how she came to be there. June is soon followed by the other three, all arriving

seperately on that first day.

We eventually discover their similarities which only serves to increase their anxiety. But is all what

it appears to be?
