    The Senior Manager sits as part of the Digital In-Home Marketing team, and is responsible for supporting the VP of Marketing in developing and implementing marketing strategies for all EHV/TVOD (transactional) film releases across the portfolio. This role works with a team to deliver consumer facing marketing campaigns in the UK and select European markets. This position requires a content marketing professional to develop news ways to ensure relevance and creative cut through in an evolving media landscape.Working in partnership with the Account Management team, this position manages the marketing relationships with key global and local clients, providing clear communication and excellent levels of servicing to collaborate on key titles.This role maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders across the UK, US and Europe, as well as external media and creative agencies.Responsibilities:Areas of ResponsibilityResponsible for managing a team across the end-to-end marketing process from briefing media (UK, local and pan-regional) and creative (including on-platform artwork), to implementationDevelop innovative campaign creative and new initiatives to support commercial objectives of the Digital in Home (transactional) businessSupport VP in developing marketing and PR strategies to leverage EHV releases, helping to shape media and creative commsShare UK and regional marketing guidance, strategies and plans with commercial teams, European markets and US stakeholdersLead the relationship with retained media agency, contributing to scope of work conversations, ensuring effective briefing process and post campaign analysis for UK and pan-regional activityProvide marketing support for DMED local teams – Host regular sessions to share best practice, creative solutions guidance and communicate strategy updatesOversee team members covering on platform asset servicing (new release and ad hoc) for all digital clients across EMEAEnsure coordination and collaboration across the company when developing marketing plans – maintaining collaboration with media and creative agencies, Studios and D+Work with Corporate Comms and PR teams to ensure alignment on any consumer facing comms and PR led initiativesWork collaboratively with Finance and Account Management team to agree levels of marketing spend and prioritiesSupport overall working relationship with BASE on marketing initiatives, sharing performance and learnings with commercial teamSupport VP with AOP planning process and budget management across regional and UKTeam management of 2 x Marketing Managers, 2 x Executives, 2 x coordinators and an internBuilds RelationshipsResolves conflicts effectivelyInteracts well with people who have different backgrounds and work stylesCommunicates EffectivelyListens and asks questions to ensure understandingConveys relevant information in a candid and timely mannerDrives ResultsAchieves high levels of customer satisfactionAnalyses problems effectively and takes action to resolveUses technology to facilitate better resultsInspires Creativity and InnovationProactively looks for new opportunitiesConceives creative ideas to solve problems or meet objectivesChampions ChangeSupports new initiativesDemonstrates flexibility in response to changesRemains productive despite uncertaintyBuilds TeamsSupports productivity and morale of the teamExhibits Professional ExcellenceStrives for self-improvementMaintains composure under pressureEarns the trust and respect of colleagues, partners and customersTechnicalGood computer skills, specifically SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, ideally with an understanding of digital media and asset databasesPresentation skillsBasic Qualifications:Evidence of excellent IT skills – particularly BOX, PowerPoint, Excel, WordGood understanding of commercial marketing and creative processExperience of budget managementExperience of on-air promo or AV productionA high level of accuracy, creativity and enthusiasmExcellent team management skills with an ability to prioritise and work under pressureExcellent interpersonal skills and a good flexible approachExcellent communication & presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to provide and share information clearly and conciselyTeam building and development skillsAdditional Information:Occasional travel may be required
