Project DetailsMarketing Executive to support the day-to-day activities of their global marketing team. As part of this small team, you will use your creative, design, and organizational skills to help design and develop marketing materials and campaigns, liaising with clients around the world to raise awareness for the channel’s key attributes within both business and consumer audiences.Responsibilities:Support the Senior Marketing Manager by creating, sourcing and executing global marketing campaigns and materials in line with key objectivesExecute day-to-day tasks including: creating and designing marketing channel highlights, digital banners, ads, newsletters and power-point presentationsSupport ongoing efforts to expand BabyTV’s digital and social media presence including its Youtube content, video subscription app, other digital and direct to consumer productsHelp manage plans and strategies for all social media platforms, and monitor the channels’ performance against the KPIsCreate content for owned digital channels and manage communications with followers/fansResearch, analyse, and report back on current marketing trends and share them with the teamResearch, propose and acquire merchandise for various campaignsManage approvals process of marketing materials, as well as licensing & merchandising productsUnderstand and communicate BabyTV sales drivers to business affiliates and consumersProactively distribute marketing materials to global contacts and follow up to ensure correct usageFollow up or respond to marketing queriesExperience Profile:Previous marketing experience and particularly in the digital or social media space, international experience a plusExcellent design skills and knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesignStrong knowledge of social and digital marketingExperience promoting apps via App store, Google Play, AmazonFamiliar with YouTube Analytics, Google AdWords, Adobe Analytics, SEO principlesProficient across in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint with the ability to produce professional and high quaility presentationsProfessional interest in design and layoutExcellent creative and copywriting skillsSkills Profile:Ability to work on a number projects simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressureAttention to detail is a mustStrategic vision, business orientatedIs adaptable and works well individually and part of a teamDemonstrates initiative and drive to deliver a high standard of workManages time effectively and is able to work to deadlinesInterested in children’s television content
