The role: What you’ll be doing…· Capturing and concepting brilliant still and video content for our family of social platforms· You’ll be shooting products, people and places in a variety of set ups and scenarios to star on our social feeds and branded placements on our site· As comfortable shooting on SLR as you are landing perfect mobile-first content· You’ll live and breathe social, be up to date on what’s trending and be able to advise and ideate about what’s right for that world· Working on campaigns with some of our most exciting supplier brands – MAC, Nike, Ralph Lauren· Shooting Reels, IG Stories, Tik Tok episodes and shots for thumb-stopping shots for IG in feed· Confident pulling references, building mood boards and sharing your ideas in group environments· Play an active role in brainstorms and concepting sessions· You’ll be as comfortable working toward a big, planned, global shoots as you will grabbing your phone and finding the perfect set up for a piece of reactive content· Play a proactive role in a wider team of Creatives, Social experts, Stylists and Writers· Developing your creative knowledge to keep shoots relevant and aspirational – always up to date on our customers, with a strong overview of fashion, social media and general trends· Reporting to one of three Creative DirectorsWe’d love to meet, someone with…· 3+ years in a similar role / at a similar brand or agency· Experience using Capture One, Canon and LED Technology· Good working knowledge across Creative Suite· Proven experience capturing still and moving image content on mobile, for social· Proven experience of translating, responding to and fulfilling briefs· An appreciation of both digital and film photography· Excellent communication skills to build relationships internally and externally· Self-motivated, detail orientated and willing to go the extra mile· A flexible mindset, someone who can think outside of the box and bring new ideas to the team· Excellent organisation and time management skills· The ability to stay calm, professional and positive in a fast-paced environment· Someone who is passionate about fashion, sneakers and face and body, and has a solid understanding of current trends and how they relate to the ASOS customer· A genuine love of ASOS, the digital landscape and 20-something culture· Team player qualities, someone who is eager to learn and can grasp new information quickly
