    We are looking for a talented, experienced Content Manager to build and deliver content across our sales and B2B partner audiences in the EU. Within our fast-growing Regional Brand Marketing team, this role will execute the brand-led content strategy that accelerates the customer journey from awareness and consideration to intent and action. The regional content manager will have a strong writing background with the ability to craft compelling digital and brand-led marketing copy. A successful candidate will be comfortable taking initiative with self-directed work, yet equally comfortable contributing in a large, team environment. The regional content manager will partner with subject matter experts to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear and concise messaging that drives awareness, consideration, and adoption of Amazon Ads solutions. Over time, this role will develop mechanisms to create repeatable processes, yielding a higher volume of content that will fuel a broad range of marketing activities for their region. This role will need to have a high bar for writing, grammar, and strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality, customer obsessed content.Key job responsibilities• Spearhead and deliver original storytelling content to differentiate the Amazon Ads offering in the Europe• Work in collaboration with regional brand marketing, brand content, and events teams to concept big ideas that elevate Amazon Ads in region• Write, edit, produce, deliver, and measure final content pieces that continuously raise the quality bar• Execute against the regional content plan, managing the release calendar and working with stakeholders to develop, package, and reinvent content to drive marketing activities across multiple channels and outputs – online, offline, social, email, events, and others• Work with stakeholders across multiple teams and functions to produce regionally-relevant branded articles, paid media collateral, and high-production content like videos, keynotes, and podcastsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS• Available portfolio• Proven experience in content marketing and developing new ways to deliver impactful content to stakeholders and customers• Proven success in balancing multiple initiatives in a high-volume environment• Track record of executing content plans for various audiences and verticals, managing multiple deliverables, meeting budgets and deadlines• Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and experience creating the content needed to drive customer actionPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Proven experience in content marketing• A strong portfolio of storytelling across a variety of platforms• Experience collaborating on a regional or global content strategy• Experience working with creative and production teams, including localization teams• Subject matter expertise in digital advertising industry, understanding current trends and industry influencers• Exhibit exceptional oral and written communication skills with innate attention to accuracy and detail• Fluent (written and verbal) in either French, German, Italian, or Spanish
