Working onsite or during the pre-production process, leading a team or as part of a team, to setup, operate and de-rig lighting, audio, video & rigging equipment for the many varied events. You will also be expected to act as the point of contact on site in the absence of a Project Manager, and be the nominated White Light representative on site to liaise with clients and other suppliers. Some warehouse work may also be required as part of this role when there are no onsite requirements, as well as the adaptability to support other related departments, such as Installations and Technical Service. The job requires a high level of attention to detail as well as the willingness to learn new skills and practices from existing team members, and teach and mentor those less experienced. Evening and weekend work will be required as well as extended daily hours when the project requires it.
