    The Commercial Talent Manager will report directly to the Commercial Regional Director, Business Development and works with a collaborative, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. The Talent Manager plays an integral role in the success of The Talent Group by collaborating with both the creative and sales and marketing teams to help propose, cast, and sign the right talent for the right branded content projects. Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesReports directly to the Regional Director, Business Development (ADELPHI) and works with a collaborative, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environmentThe Talent Manager plays an integral role in the success of The Talent Group's commercial arm by collaborating with creative and sales teams across Condé Nast to help propose, cast, book and execute the right talent for the right branded content projects and advertisement campaignsSupports the development of talent strategies to help drive additional revenueTakes ownership of all elements of their campaigns:  Budgets, timelines, deliverables and measurementEssential Skills & RequirementsSource, scout, cast and book talent for Conde Nast branded content campaigns and advertising programsIdentify UK talent that matters to the Conde Nast audience across entertainment, food, fashion, design, beauty, sports, tech, etc. Such talent may include tastemakers, entrepreneurs, influencers, celebrities, athletes etc.Extensive knowledge of talent landscape required, e.g. who is trending, general fee structure, representationMust have strong knowledge of local UK market-specific culture Strong interest and knowledge across verticals including, fashion, beauty, sports, music, arts, entertainment, and foodMust have strong relationships with Talent Agencies, PR Firms, Managers, Digital Influencer Agencies, Record Labels, Model Agents, etc.Proactively pitch capabilities for new business and present talent to clients and agency partnersMust be able to think editorially and know how to forecast talent before they breakMust be fully versed in all aspects of contractual talent booking including: executing contracts, talent negotiations, model booking, music clearances, content usage, invoicing, etc.Must have experience with branded content and all aspects of pricing talent for activations, e.g. sponsorships, advertising, posts, events, native, etc.Must have experience in crafting deals with all forms of talent including but not limited to: celebrities, chefs, entrepreneurs, bloggers, artists, athletes, musicians, designers, etc.Help manage and oversee talent during on-site production
