Our industry-leading creative talent then turns this access, insight and foresight into work that permeates culture to the core.We are looking for an experienced Production coordinator, who has a detailed eye, working with the creative teams and internal/external stakeholders to find innovative solutions. With CNX working globally it requires working on numerous projects in numerous markets simultaneously, so the ability to multitask over projects and time zones is essential. It also allows for strong working relationships with CNX's across the globe. The department is fast paced, but hugely enjoyable working within such a dynamic team!Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesManagement of active calendars/global travel - logistically keeping track and pre-empting any travel requirements.Management of agents/freelancers/creative third parties.Work closely with the relevant managers/agents to ensure constant communication on the project, updating Sales & Creative Lead team throughout.Work with production management and producers to hire crews, talent, freelancers and contractors both in UK and internationally.During filming, duties include: Overall smooth running of location/studio, coordination of all logistics including talent and client, green room, catering, managing the talent, crew on set/location.Having a full overview of all current projects from end to end.Overseeing location bookings and arranging any necessary permissions.Forging great relationships and creating a strong rapport with key external and internal Contacts.Key liaison between departments, internally and externally - Project liaison between sales, creative and laterally project management.Work closely with third party individuals and organisations where required.Maintaining a Production calendar.Assisting with expenses of the team.Essential Skills & RequirementsFull of ambition, be proactive with your approach and above all, an excellent and enthusiastic communicator.You will ideally have experience working in fashion / luxury / beauty / travel.You will be comfortable working across the integrated process, spanning creative development, production & delivery.You will understand the attitude required to work in a small sized team; you'll be happy to chip in wherever required within the creative process and always championing the work.This is a personality-first, relationship-oriented team so outgoing with great communications and a willingness to be vocal and involved is an absolute must for this role.Highly organised within each aspect and previously experience with highly confidential/sensitive material.Highly competent in Excel/Google Sheets for all logistics.
