    The Global Commercial Partnerships Team (a global sales function) is seeking a Creative Producer within the Creative & Production CNX function, which is the creative and execution arm supporting all sales proposals & proactive pitches. This position will own the activation process to bring co-branded marketing programs to life. The Creative Producer will collaborate with sales, digital operations, insights / research, creative, experiential and public relations teams to produce advertiser programs that include custom video, native articles, events and social / digital first content. This is a creative problem solver, who is organized, adaptable and great with client services and communication. The ideal candidate is eager to learn while having a handle on the rapidly evolving media and marketing industry and is naturally collaborative and proactive. Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage and execute multiple sold programs across  Fashion/Luxury, BizFiTech, CPG, Vice, Beauty, Auto, Travel/Home and across Condé Nast portfolio of brands including content creation, event activations, influencer programs, social campaigns and moreManage all client and agency communication while working in tandem with internal partnersIdentify potential campaign and program hurdles and optimize in real timeEffectively manage program budgets, timelines and content / talent agreementsCultivate relationships with key clients, industry leaders, production partners and internal teamsMonitor industry and media trends to help identify new partnership offeringsCollaborate and partner with local market CNX teams to execute global creative campaigns with creativity & strategic innovative thinkingEssential Skills & RequirementsRelevant experience in branded content creation, publishing, digital mediaCandidate must have brand marketing, digital media or production experienceExperience creating branded content, specifically videoAbility to manage multiple activations and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentNext-level attention to detail; appreciation for Google docs and trackersSelf-starter who can work independently and within a team settingSolutions-oriented and client focusedTeam-oriented and collaborativeProficient in Google Suite, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
