    THE ROLEWe are looking for a Production Manager to assist the Production Department in all aspects of production across all channels and in all media: off air; on air; digital and social. Reporting to Campaign Producers, the Production Manager will support the production of 4creative’s industry-leading output across all media. The role requires a knowledge of TV Broadcast and advertising, which will be developed extensively whilst working within 4creative. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a highly experienced Production Assistant or Coordinator looking to move on to a Production Manager role or a Production Manager looking to further their experience in an exciting award winning agency producing in house campaigns for a national brand.Agile working - Our ‘new normal’ way of working, post covid, will only see us expected to be in the office for 50% of the time, with working from home or wherever you want for the other 50% of the time.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven Production Manager experience on high level projects or longer as a Production Assistant on high level projects in a broadcast, production company or hybrid agency environment Be extremely well organised and capable of handling multiple projects so the ability to multi-task and stay focused is essentialFriendly and confident to work with a wide teamSchedule, pencil and book crew and castExperience of budgetingBe confident with kit technologies, and able to source and book equipmentBe confident on location scouting and studio researchBe able to support the production and creative team with research and creating presentation decks where neededPrepare production information, including call-sheets and risk assessmentsBook and manage travel arrangementsSupport production with job reconciliationBe up to date with the latest Covid related shooting guidelines – having a covid supervisor certificate is a plusBe a keen follower of industry trends and talentsEnjoy working in a creative environment and be agile to the demands of the projects
