    Working in partnership with our client, the Senior Video Editor creates and develops high quality motion graphics that will be required for use across web, social and digital activation channels. The videos will include product stories, information telling and user guide videos which each style being determined by the brand guidelines and product requirements THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...You like to deliver high quality output whilst looking to drive efficienciesABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOININGReporting to the Studio Manager, the Senior Video Editor works closely with 10 studio personnel based in the UK but also working closely with our hubs in France and our offshore hubs to ensure delivery is managed across the entire portfolio. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLEIdeate and create stunning digital video content using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop Ensure the post production hardware and software used by the team is fit for purpose, updated as well as keeping up with market trends and new software / hardware. Take video editing projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client’s brand guidelines  Produce edits to the client’s brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client’s marketing strategy to deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on members Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies and evolving client brands Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications Own, improve and develop the postproduction capabilities of the video team. You’ll be responsible for implementing best practice whilst working closely with OLIVER’s central postproduction hub to align on processes and workflows. Work closely with the Brand teams and Video Creative manager to develop and build the bank of brand aligned video assets available for use. Alongside the studio manager; be responsible for the backup, management and archive of all video assets be that to local severs or offsite data hubs. Ensure seamless integration between the teams video pipeline and the OLIVER BOX / OMG infrastructure. Ensure postproduction best practice is rolled out and adhered to by anyone accessing or using the video team's server, projects or systems. WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships. Excellent editing, animation, re-touch with a view to upskilling on CGI The ability to use Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media encoder and associated editing software  A passion for story telling and editing engaging content within the remits of the guidelines defined by the client. Experience in retail sectors or products that move at pace with high volume production but with knowledge of best practice for all video creation type activity. Experience working in collaboration with core asset production inc Video/Photography/CGI/Asset Production/Retouching Willingness to challenge and passion to push for the best possible output 6+ years of relevant experience in: Video Motion Graphics Production
