You’ll have great communication and organisational skills, work well within a team, have expertise in delivering Email, attention to detail is an absolute must, as experience of working directly with and managing business stakeholdersABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOININGYou’ll be working directly with our client team as part of their UK retail banking division, and they will manage your workload.  They live and breathe Financial Services marketing, so we’d want you to share their enthusiasm for it too, ideally with relevant experience in Financial Services but if not, in telecoms, utilities or other comparable industries. It’s likely the role will be a combination of WFH and up to two days in the office (London and Northampton locations will be considered), so you’ll need great connectivity at home to use the laptop or MacBook we’ll supply you.  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLEThis is a busy role in a fast-paced environment and the key responsibilities will include:Developing, managing and delivering communications to customers that are segmented, relevant and orchestrate multiple touchpoints; this could be a combination of campaign and triggered communicationsDelivering your campaigns on time and to budgetEnsuring the customer communications are of the desired standard and effectively deliver against both commercial and brand objectivesWorking collaboratively with creative and production agencies to ensure campaigns are industry best practice and customer-centricEnsuring communications consistently challenge the norm, push boundaries creatively and always reflect industry best practiceEnsuring creative integration of ATL, BTL and Digital communications where relevantReviewing campaigns, reporting on performance and capturing learnings to implementManaging and controlling campaign budgets effectivelyEnsuring high levels of accuracy across all comms and that QA is never compromisedEnsuring communications are on product message, customer focused, developed in line with brand guidelines and aligned to brand values, adhere to regulatory requirements and developed in line with relevant governance frameworksManaging and coordinating all stakeholders throughout the delivery of your campaignWHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL Our successful candidate will be confident, smart, enthusiastic and proactive. You’ll be a self-starter with the ability to get stuck in from day 1.You’ll be a strong and positive energy in the team; someone who will work collaboratively with everyone who’ll support them in delivering projects.Working across multiple projects at any given time, you’ll have strong juggling and prioritisation skills learnt in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and you’ll have great comms skills, both written and verbal.You’ll have detailed knowledge and experience of developing and delivering world class direct and digital marketing comms across multiple routes to market and experience of planning, building, delivering and reporting of multi-variant marketing activities.
