    As part of our Marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Director, we are looking for an ambitious and talented Marketing Assistant to support many aspects of our marketing initiatives. Ideally, you already have some experience working within a marketing department, and are keen to learn more and to grow.You will be responsible for support with planning, executing and tracking marketing initiatives. This will include helping to create marketing plans and executing against them; project coordination; data entry and reporting; building newsletters; competitor and market research; copy writing and more.We expect you to be a self-starter with outstanding organisational, communication and time management skills. You should also bring with you creativity, attention to detail and a good understanding of marketing techniques, and be passionate about brands and travel.This is an exciting role within a dynamic and ambitious working environment with plenty of potential to leave a mark and to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the marketing team with planning, implementing, monitoring and tracking marketing initiativesWork on day-to-day marketing activities and tasks including:CRM: build weekly content plan for TRIPS by Culture Trip, and work with CRM manager to build newslettersSocial media: work with the Social Media team to identify relevant content opportunities, increase brand awareness and continuously improve engagement Reporting support (incl. supporting the Marketing team with data entry / weekly reporting and channel analysis versus target, helping to build and act on weekly key learnings; build and distribute internal weekly performance and activity update reports; monthly marketing activity portfolio deck management)Copy writing tasks (newsletters, TRIPS pages online, trade partners sites, internal and external presentations etc.)Work with trade partners to manage 3rd party promotion of TRIPS (copywriting, assets supply, monitor results etc.)Visual assets library buildingProvide administrative and project supportCompetitor / market researchSkills Knowledge and Expertise1+ years of experience in marketing or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailSuperior organisational and time management skillsInterest in both B2C and B2B marketingUnderstanding of channel marketing with primary focus on CRM and social mediaA result-driven attitude Ability / appetite to crunch numbers / analyse data to draw conclusions and recommend next steps / actionsBenefitsWe have a  whole host of amazing benefits that not only our employees, but their families can take advantage of, inside and outside of work.  From private healthcare, Employee Assistance Programmes, and birthdays off, to virtual events, Perkbox subscriptions and L&D platforms, this is our way of ensuring you always feel valued and nurtured at Culture Trip.
