Major Responsibilities:Management of HR related administration, including references, benefits and checking documentationSuperuser and admin for HR information systems – a previous experience with an HRIS system would be beneficial.Manage with the help of the People Partner Immigration specialist, visa requests for international hires, and supporting global mobilityCreating HR KPI reports as requiredSupporting with employee relations casesResponsible for induction and onboarding new hiresPerform other related duties as assignedExperience:Previous administration experienceCapacity to work in a constantly changing environmentA self-starter who can see a task through to the end and work off initiativeKnowledge of the VFX industry would be useful, but not essentialDegree in HR, or CIPD qualifications, or 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR role would be advantageous
