Project DetailsThe JobSupporting Team Lead in day to day and long term brand management of Adult Swim across EMEA to ensure a smooth coordination of all tasks and projects relating to Marketing, PR and social media where required. Project management of brand initiatives and new market, platform, show and season launches. Stakeholder management across multiple regions. Working across branded Adult Swim services in the UK, Nordic and Germany, you’ll work to support and grow consumption to the Adult Swim section within HBO/HBO as well as planning for and supporting launches in additional markets.The DailyEstablish and manage a network of relationships across Warner Media including US (Marketing, PR, Asset Delivery teams), WB Home Entertainment team and Consumer Products.Support local teams with required assets in a timely fashion to meet local and central priorities.Manage and update EMEA Marketing and Year Plan. Work with peers across EMEA on marketing campaigns and campaign planning to ensure objectives and KPI’s are met.Manage agencies when applicable and ensure projects come in on budget and in scope.Brief and manage Creative briefs, approvals and sharing of assets with relevant teams.Manage EMEA wide PR year plan and requests to support show launches and brand initiatives (talent access, imagery, screeners, press junkets, experiential/festival planning).Work to grow Adult swim brand awareness and affinity via partnerships with like-minded partners/brands. Build a UK based network of contacts to update on brand and show updates.Drive best in class social media presence and strategy that engages local fans via Adult Swim branded YouTube and social channels, as well as HBO/HBO Max and affiliate partnersManage a consistent brand experience through artwork and branding mechanisms across all markets.
