We organize staff events and host (a virtual) Thirsty Thursday every week where colleagues can socialize and get to know one another.What will you be doing?As an integral part of the short form team, you will hold a key role in the production of short form videos for Sky HISTORY, Crime+Investigation and BLAZE’s UK digital platforms, primarily YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat. This includes the editing of show programme material, development and production of bespoke filmed originals. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks and the upkeep of digital video platforms.About UsWe are in the business of telling stories. Our channels are a trusted source of information and we are in the unique position to challenge preconceptions and offer different perspectives.Key ResponsibilitiesShort form productionEdit regular digital short form video from A+E Networks UK’s library programme footage to build successful YouTube channels and social media platforms. Produce creative edits based on commissioned third-party content and film and deliver bespoke short form projects.YouTube channel managementWork with the Digital Media Manager to effectively administer the Sky HISTORY, Crime+Investigation and BLAZE YouTube channels, including uploading and updating of assets, thumbnail artwork, community management and collation of insights.Social mediaWork with the Social Media Manager to ensure short form videos are delivered to the unique specification for each social media account, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other emerging platforms.
