    Studio Producer to play a key role as the lead in a fast-paced, video production studio. This is a great opportunity to oversee and/or participate in a team of production technicians, including control room operators, camera operators and audio technicians, in the delivery of webcasts originating from the OpenExchange (OE) London Studio, where events can be virtual or hybrid (in-person and virtual) in nature.Responsibilities:Partner with global production teams to determine assets that will be required for events.Liaise with OE Account Managers and Project Managers to assist in managing the overall project for clients.Work with clients, whose teams will be onsite in the OE London Studio during events we are producing on their behalf.Ensure top quality in all aspects of delivered webcasts.Coordinate with other location staff on items such as reservations of shared spaces, meeting rooms for clients and availability of the studio for tours and demos.Maintain equipment to ensure good working order as well as manage the overall organization and cleanliness of studio production areas.Recommend and coordinate training of in-house staff, as needed.Evaluate processes and recommend improvements.Other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelors’ Degree in Media Technology or Media Production5+ years’ video production experience and/or corporate video productionExperience with multi-camera shoots, basic audio and webcasting is required.Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of teamwork in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment.Excellent communication, collaboration and organization skills are requiredFamiliarity with applications like Office365, Slack, Adobe Suite are a plusEvents are delivered from site but occasionally for other region viewing, so work schedule flexibility is required.
