Hey Everyone!My name is Skylar De Sousa and I am the director of an up and coming graduate film, called CHRYSALIS. The story focus on Ava, a wealthy, uptight woman in her late 20s who awakes in an unfamiliar forest with no memory of her own arrival. With a lack of basic survival skills, she ultimately struggles against the elements. Days later, cold, hungry and on the brink of death- she breaks down alone and hopeless. When a noise in the woods startles her, Ava calls out, begging for anyone nearby to reveal themselves. A man approaches from the shadows, offering help. She is wary at first, but he’s charming- familiar, and Ava is truly desperate. He introduces himself as Jacob. The story revolves around two key characters, Ava and Jacob.
