Project DetailsThe editorial events producer role will oversee the booking, production and execution of a weekly schedule of panel discussions, videos and live events, in conjunction with the senior editorial team, and featuring leading figures in the fashion industry together with Vogue’s global editors. The editorial events producer must have proven experience in events, dealing with high profile individuals, juggling busy, changing schedules and the ability to keep calm under pressure.The role demands someone who can think outside of the box and bring Vogue Club to life in multimedia for a new generation of Vogue readers; building a membership club for Vogue’s most discerning audience.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork with the senior editorial team to manage the booking, producing and execution of a weekly talent schedule of panel discussions, videos and live eventsProduce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)Manage and coordinate all event logisticsTroubleshoot on the day of the panel discussion/ video/ event to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to budgetDeliver events on time, within budget, that meet and exceed expectationsAct as a liaison between international departments and ensure everyone has all the information they need for the project to run smoothlyEssential Skills & RequirementsExtensive experience in the events management fieldExceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritise appropriatelyCalm under pressure and the ability to react quickly to changing demands and schedulesStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) with an emotionally intelligent communication styleReview event performance metrics, working with the editorial and video teams to adapt the event strategy based on learningsKnowledge of global fashion, cultural trends and social movements, and the ability to harness their editorial instinct to pitch future ideas that are ahead of the curve.
