    The JobThe role will be required to support the Digital Product Team EMEA, Kids Brands in order to produce and deliver games, mobile apps, websites and other exciting projects across the region.The DailySupport the Digital Product Team during development of games, mobile apps, stunts and microsites. It includes the traffic of assets, testing and giving feedback during the various production stagesMaintaining the Digital Assets Repositories (cloud and network drive), making sure every project has a folder, encourage producers and other team members to organise and save files and documentation in the correct locations using appropriate file naming conventionsCreate or source guidelines in multi-media formats to support the various production teamsExecute editorial updates and upload assets to the various digital platforms as necessarySource episodes, videos clips, SFX, music, artwork and other assets as necessary. Capture gaming footage for promos, demos, YouTube and presentationsManage the creation of graphics and banners, including composition and editorial messaging for digital productsOrganise brainstorming sessions and collaborate with ideas and solutions for show launches, campaigns, games and other Digital ProductsOrganise the annual EMEA Digital Summit and team events like workshops, screenings, birthdays and leaving dosThe EssentialsExperience as production assistant in a multi-media environmentStrong co-ordination, editorial and administrative skillsExcellent organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise many different tasks simultaneously and work well under pressureResourceful, proactive and willing to take initiativeComputer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Good understanding of and interest in digital media technology and terminologyThe Nice-to-HavesCreative copywriting and proof reading experienceKnowledge of Adobe Suite inc.
