From projects with shoots produced by MM to new edits based on pre existing material.You make sure deadlines are attained, and flag the ones that aren’t feasible upfront.A big part of your job is to brief team members on daily delivery objectives and to keep MM client teams informed on the progress and potential pitfalls of the project.You relay feedback to the team, translating the intricacies of post production into lucid language that everyone can understand.You will also be involved in quoting, scoping and timing new projects to ensure (y)our projects are profitable, manageable and doable.You need to get familiar with the basics of post production as you need to have sufficient technical knowledge to foresee and address production issues.You have a solid ability to communicate transparently and effectively in all forms to your team and all levels of seniority throughout MediaMonks, and externally as well. From editors and graders to sound designers and animators.Workflow & ProcessYou’ll liaise between your team in LDN and the other teams from MM around the world to make sure that we nail deadlines and impress with the quality of our work.  You schedule, track and prioritise assignments and make sure the right Monks are assigned to the right projects.You’ll also evaluate the good, the bad and the ugly of finished projects to improve our processes and work streams.Audit and streamline processes and help to improve them in collaboration with different teams in LDN & Globally.Help nurture a positive learning environment for the team. Solve logistical challenges to make sure that makers can produce at full speed and great quality. Yo will request resources to make sure we have the right talents for each production, you will also be in charge of controlling the burnt hours of the resources.Support the creation of documentation and training materials so we can get better with every go. Ensures team members take personal accountability for deliverables and projects, engaging in all aspects of team assignments.
