This new structure means we’re shaped for success, we can drive digital viewing, faster decision making and more innovation as we become a digitally-led entertainment and media company.In this role, you can make a massive impact to drive our creative partnerships and commercial growth across the UK’s nations and regions, working across a diverse range of some of the most exciting and growing advertisers and agencies in the UK.This role entails…This is a great opportunity for a midweight creative - someone who has spent 5+ years in the creative industry - either in a creative agency or inhouse, creating award-winning integrated campaigns across a mix of sectors. You will help the team come up with big ideas that live across all ITV platforms including but not limited to linear, ITV Hub, emerging platforms and beyond.It’s about building brilliant integrated campaigns - both horizontal and vertical integration of brands through creative partnerships. You will also help to create compelling scripts and pitch presentations so we can sell our ideas creatively and with maximum impact. You will play a crucial role in helping us build a great reputation for the Creative Development team and achieve creative fame - both internally at ITV and externally with agencies/clients. Key responsibilities:Building a good understanding all ITV platforms – understanding how a brand can activate a creative idea at each of those touchpoints (horizontal integration – where we take a single advertiser and embed them into a show using the sponsorship, show IP, Product placement, talent, branded content, instore promotion and product development) Building a good understanding of all ITV shows and how to hook different brands into those shows and their format points (vertical integration – where we take a single programme's multiple assets and align them to brands. In short, a show has multiple partners across different vertical editorial strands of the show.)Taking a clear brief and ensuring you understand what’s required, learning fast, and being proactive at every stage of the creative processGreat attention to detail and a good commercial understanding that ideas have to drive revenue for ITV Collaborating across teams and departments on every brief and also getting ideas sense checkedCapturing your thinking into the pitch deck (to align with strategy) and presenting ideas impactfully both internally and externally (agencies and clients)  To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:Minimum role criteria:A minimum of 5+ years in the creative industry - either in a creative agency (or inhouse) creating award-winning integrated campaigns across a mix of sectors. Formal creative training - demonstrable copywriting/scriptwriting skills and great creative discipline around it A creative portfolio (please include a link to this on your CV) that demonstrates the ability to come up with big, overarching ideas and build campaigns around it that drive both revenue and fameConfidence to challenge the norm, not be risk averse and break new ground with brave creative thinking - as demonstrated by the work in your portfolioGood understanding and experience of creating clever marketing communications. Good knowledge and experience of TV as a medium and ability to sell against other media as well as understanding how the different media can work together (as evidenced by omnichannel work in the portfolio) ITV strongly encourages applications for this role from candidates with a disability and as a Disability Confident Leader if you meet the minimum criteria for a role and you have declared that you have a disability, we’ll guarantee you’ll get to the next stage*.(minimum criteria above)The key role criteria (additional skills) is as follows:You will have/build a strong knowledge base of ITV products, programmes and platforms and keep up to date with ITV’s evolving platformsYou will have/build a good understanding of ‘horizontal integration’ (where we take a single advertiser and embed them into a show using different ways, i.e, sponsorship, show IP, Product placement, talent, branded content…etc.)  You will have/build a good understanding of ‘vertical integration’ (where we take a single programme's multiple assets and align them to different brands) You will champion creativity by producing brave ideas and clever activations of those ideas no matter what the brief/opportunity isYou will work really closely with across Business Development, Client Strategy, Partnerships and Digital teamsGood project management and admin skills, especially building creative decks using PowerPoint, Keynote…etc.
