Casting "Behind You," a short horror film, 5-6 minutes.

Logline: A lost young woman tries to make it home through dark, haunted streets.

Synopsis of the project: A young student, Maya, gets off at a bus stop. Upon checking her phone, she sees she got off at the wrong stop and that the nearest path to her apartment is a 20-minute walk through a dark, shady-looking street. She’s lost. With her phone about to die and no money left on her, she has no choice but to embark on the dangerous-looking walk.
As she tries to get back, she is haunted by the impression that she is being followed, targeted by something…unseen. All alone, she has never been this scared in her life, and effectively, her mind plays tricks on her, making her hear or see things that may or not be there. She freezes many times, but with her phone about to die, she is also pressured to get back home quickly.
When she, at last, arrives home, she is relieved, but in her relief, accidentally drops her keys into a dark patch. Terrified to the brim, she scours the pavement. Luckily, she finds them and opens the door to be shocked back by the sight of an unnerving-looking monster lurking in the hall. She jumps and the door shuts, but when she opens it again, she sees that the monster is not there. What she doesn’t see is that a black ghoul-like figure is now looming right behind her. After freezing for many seconds, Maya manages to enter the building, leaving us alone with the shadow figure. Shooting: Exterior, night.
