We are looking for a multi-skilled Researcher with an interest in and knowledge of news and current affairs, in the UK and worldwide, especially stories and events relating to and of interest to the Muslim community.

As a television researcher, you'll provide vital support to the producer and production team. You'll source contacts and contributors for our programmes, as well as supply your own ideas and be able to work on location.

This role requires organising, planning and researching everything that will happen during a programme. This includes collecting and verifying information, booking guests and assisting in the studio if needed. You're also responsible for fact-checking, writing briefs for the programme scripts and ensuring that production adheres to the appropriate legislation.
