We are seeking a male actor to play 'Father Christmas' at our children’s attraction.

Our Christmas event is a sell-out attraction and has developed an excellent reputation as a spectacular and unique Christmas experience. Our miniature trains take families to see Father Christmas and his elves at the Grotto in the woods (outside, but fully covered under a marquee). Father Christmas visits each carriage and delivers a gift while his band of elves entertains the train.

He must be able to keep to a tight time schedule while ensuring that every child feels valued. Our Father Christmas actors will be warm, charming, and confident with plenty of energy and stamina. They must be able to improvise and have experience working with or performing for young children.

You do not need to be an older actor, but you must be able to convincingly portray the traditional role of Father Christmas as an older man.

- Costume, padding, and beards (unless you have your own!) will be provided.
- Accommodation on our beautiful site can be provided if required (no cost).
- The day rate is at least £130.50, with overtime paid as well.
- There is flexibility on dates, as the role is shared with another performer.
