We are looking for a Stage Manager for their 2022 pantomime 'Aladdin' at Kenton Theatre.

Responsibilities include:

• To oversee activity in the rehearsal room and ensure that the room is ready for each day of work.
• To assist in mark outs of rehearsal room and performance spaces and maintain cleanliness of the stage and rehearsal room.
• To help with the Get In and Get Out of the venue.
• To create and distribute all daily communication, such as rehearsal calls, rehearsal notes, performance calls and show reports.
• To oversee all scheduling for the process, alongside the Production Manager.
• Overall management of the Stage Management budget and spending.
• To complete a show plot for each performance of the show run if needed.
• To work closely with FOH to ensure that the performances begin on time and run smoothly.
• Ensuring the performance and backstage area remains tidy, safe, and functional.
• Manage scene change requirements for the production and work with available crew to ensure these are achieved.
• Be the point of contact between the company and venue technical/FOH staff.
• Any other duties as required.

Rehearsals: 27th November – 4th December 2022 (2nd December OFF) (location Harrow)

Tech - 5th December - 9th December 2022

Performance Schedule: 10th December - 29th December 2022 (12th, 15th, 19th and 25th Off)

Get-Out: 29th December

Fee: £573.75 p/w rehearsals/tech, £735.42 p/w performances, plus holiday pay. This is on a pro-rata basis.

Subs: Accommodation will be provided by the company for the duration of tech and performances whilst in Henley. Must have a London base for Rehearsals
