Project DetailsCasting for 'After Dark', a short student film.
A story of a dairy farm girl Vera (age 17), and her brother Vincent (age 9), living in 1920's rural England. Vera is pregnant, she takes her little brother Vincent with her to a backstreet pharmacy in town on the pretence of selling milk to get an abortion. Amidst social taboos, the story unfolds from the point of view of Vincent as he accompanies his sister on this difficult and arduous journey. -
