1915. A British soldier awakens in a German bunker with a bayonet buried deep in his chest. He soon discovers that the whole bunker is booby-trapped with grenades and trip wires, rigged to blow. Unluckily, the soldier discovers that a French battalion are already at the door, desperate to rescue what they think is an injured Tommy. Armed with only a dwindling oil lamp and a pair of rusty wire cutters, the soldier must cut his way out of THE WIRE GAME before time runs out, lest he risk his own life and the lives of his comrades.
