Seeking women who have followed "Instagram therapy" accounts and it has impacted them negatively. One (who can be anonymous) who at first found the accounts she followed inspiring. But then decided to use the advice in real life and had negative consequences. The other (ideally who is happy to be identified), who used the accounts and eventually found them draining/unhelpful etc, and stopped following them.
