    Seeking an energetic, proactive person with excellent communication skills. This role has many facets, excellent organization skills and strong admin skills are key, along with the ability to juggle many tasks. Previous experience in a busy admin role and theatre production office/theatre performance experience is essential. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have theatre experience.

    Duties include:
    Assisting with the audition and casting process, liaising with the casting director, and managing open calls.
    Accurate logging and updating on offers and drafting, arranging and distributing contracts for cast, crew, and orchestra, and tracking full execution of these agreements.
    Manage admin for children with each Head Chaperone. Regular contact with the children backstage and check-ins with them/the chaperone team.
    Close collaboration with tour children’s administrator for all children’s admin/licenses/schedules.
    Travel and accommodation for cast members on tour and as required for London productions.
    Creation of children’s performance schedules and distribution of same to parents/creatives/tech teams and theatre staff as required.
    Administrative support for all members of the Production Department.
    Help maintain effective filing systems and other systems for the Production Office.
    Organise and minute regular production meetings and other meetings as required.
    Create expense reports for General Manager & Assistant General Manager.
    Manage diaries for all senior production personnel.
    Manage the Company HR, Right to Work, and Immigration records and ensure they are up to date.
    Produce and distribute schedules, employee starter forms, and welcome packs for all new production cast, musicians, and staff.
    Provide assistance as directed, for all live, promotional, educational, charitable events, launches, and any press activity. Attend as required.

    Skills & Experience required:
    Previous experience in a busy administrative role.
    Experience in supporting a team, including travel and diary management.
    Theatre experience.
    Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast and dynamic environment
    Attention to detail with an organized approach.
    Strong team player, dealing with ttaff at all levels in a calm and professional manner.
