The style and feel are that of reassurance and inspiration, and showcasing the rewarding nature of being a part of the volunteering system. One of the videos is a general promo video, so a narrator delivery is required whereas the other video will be from the point of view of a volunteer in a 'day-in-the-life' concept. The 2nd video will require the delivery from the perspective of the character, so will need a more emotive tone throughout."
