Casting for 'The Doll’s House'. Synopsis:
It's the end of a Passover supper at Miriam's house and, having just inherited a doll's house
from her dead mother, she’d like the answer to one simple question before any of her four
adult children leaves the table: which one of them will give her a grandchild and inherit the
family heirloom? The answers she gets are anything but what she was hoping to hear.
This is a story about family, parenthood, legacy, frozen sperm and millennial childlessness.
Set in the backdrop of a Passover feast, it is a story not so much about the survival of a people, but the survival of these people (says Miriam).
