Casting a charity film. Production states: "We're producing a short film (1.5-minutes) as part of a 'Volunteer Films' programme, where the director and senior team help a grassroots charity with a film they would otherwise be unable to realise. The film’s aim to convey the charity's work supporting less privileged young people at pivotal moments, unlocking their potential and and changing their lives as they transition into work and higher education. The story is about a new mentor adapting to her role working with marginalised young people with help from her colleague – a more experienced youth mentor. We're approaching the film as a short single-camera drama piece and casting a series of supporting roles; 01 – male students (14-16 playing age, but over 18) 02 – Female students (14-16 playing age, but over 18.)
