  • Project Details
Seeking a guest experience host to join the Cambridge Theatre Guest Experience team.

Casting states: "The school bell is ringing at Crunchem Hall… and it’s time to get back into the classroom! We are looking for proactive and engaging Guest Experience Hosts to join our team at Cambridge Theatre for the award-winning Royal Shakespeare Company production of ‘Matilda - The Musical.’ The Guest Experience team is very much the front-facing image of the company and so plays a key role in ensuring that our company values are delivered to all guests, from families to school groups, helping to ensure that everyone has the best possible experience during their time with us, whilst also ensuring that they are welcomed into a safe and secure environment. You will be dealing with a wide range of customer queries, and in many instances, you are the first person our guests will encounter during their visit and will be expected to deliver an exemplary level of customer service at all times. At LW Theatres, we pride ourselves on being a family of individuals and actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds – it’s one of our core values and we believe celebrating our differences is key to success.

At the heart of our Company is a culture of inclusion where everyone feels seen and heard and can be themselves at work. Regardless of your background, all we ask is that you have the skills and experience required and the desire to succeed. In return, we pledge to ensure that our selection process is both transparent and fair.

This role may close early if a sufficient number of applications are received."
