    We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Assistant to join our Production team in London, working in the creation of digital-first content for a range of clients including brands and broadcasters.The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible and keen to develop their skills with some demonstrable Production experience. They will work with the internal production team as well as freelance crew to assist with the smooth running of the Production department, providing support to the Head of Production and our team of Producers.This role is working on an initial 3 month contractWe are an award winning digital content agency and media network that specialises in creating meaningful connections between premium content and digital audiences. We exist to realise potential in every story, so why not be a part of our next chapter?HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIMEProviding support to the Production team during the development, production and post production of our projectsAttending daily Production meetingsConducting Research tasks, due diligence, fact checking and proofreading for the Creative Director and ProducersMaintaining the LDS office Kit Room and in-house Camera/Lighting Equipment. You will be in charge of checking equipment in and out for shoots, and will be responsible for updating the internal company kit calendarAssisting with the hire of studio spaces, filming/lighting equipment, props and ad hoc production itemsAssisting with booking accommodation, flights and cateringAssisting with administrative tasks including filing and scanning production documents, reconciling petty cash and running the production credit card logRunner duties on our shoots will be requiredAd Hoc duties supporting the team as they work on a wide variety of projectsAssisting with the general upkeep of the Production Office and in-house Edit SuitesWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDSkills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.Some previous experience in Production or a relevant educational qualificationStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional working relationship with suppliers and freelancersOrganisation skills and the ability to multitaskProblem solving and sound decision making, especially in limited timeDemonstrable experience with Microsoft Office and G-SuiteClean UK Driving LicenceBonus: Basic technical knowledge of Camera/Lighting equipmentBonus: Basic knowledge of Adobe SuiteBonus: Experience in Data Wrangling on setTHE PERKS OF THE JOBWe offer flexible and hybrid working patterns, plus a range of benefits such as access to Perkbox Medical; a Cycle to Work scheme; employee assistance and wellbeing programmes; pension contributions; generous annual leave and hundreds of social perks and freebies!
