    The Senior Marketing & PR Coordinator will support the Senior Marketing, PR and Digital Manager across the day-to-day running of the department, key projects and campaigns. This will include coordinating Affiliate and PR campaigns, support with the planning and execution of franchise marketing activities and being the main point of contact for Affiliates, PR projects and events.Working across the kids portfolio of channels; Cartoon Network, Boomerang and Cartoonito, this position is ideal for a candidate wishing to expand their hands-on experience within the UK media industry across Marketing, PR and Communications, while building their knowledge for how the regional business plan fits into a wider global entertainment strategy.The DailyDevelop, Manage and Maintain relationships with Affiliate and PR contacts, being the main day to day contactSeek opportunities for joint promotions with Affiliates and other local business partners including competitions, joint partnerships, eventsBeing the main lead for all PR Activity in the UK including new show and channel priorities, Central initiatives and external partnerships, including: Consumer and Press events, Writing and distributing Press Releases, Ongoing Press and Media support and enquiries (company news, talent access, and brands)Offer PR and Comms support to paid marketing campaigns led by the Senior Marketing & PR Manager; looking at how the campaign results can be amplified by PRWork meticulously with suppliers and creative team to produce all premiums for consumer activations, events and mail-outs from ideation to creationMonitor ongoing performance and spend against budget; keep accurate records and highlight where variances occur; coordinate campaign invoicing and POsThe EssentialsPrevious experience in TV, Kids Brands or the Entertainment sectorPro-active character with excellent organisation and initiativeAdept at building productive cross-department relationshipsAble to manage own time, delivering to tight deadlines and within budgetPrevious experience coordinating events, mailouts and competitionsA strong and clear communicator with excellent copy writing skills and creative ideasMeticulous attention to detailOur people make WM the inspiring organisation it is today.
