Seeking a 1st AD with previous feature experience. Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, incredible organizational skills, enjoy the outdoors, be a team player, and have the ability to creatively problem solve on a tight schedule. We will be shooting some 10 page days. This is a microbudget feature ($80,000), so the rate is low, but we are open to negotiating back end for the right candidate. Everyone on this project is working for less than they deserve; we're looking for the right person that believes in the creative vision of this film and sees the value in finding career-long creative collaborators.
