We are looking for a Bookings Co-ordinator to support our Post Producers in delivering a high level of service to the clients using our facilities. As our Co-ordinator, you will ensure the effective and efficient co-ordination and implementation of bookings enquiries from ingesting tapeless media and editing through to final post, whilst ensuring the accurate and timely completion of relevant administration.On a daily basis you will be co-ordinating and scheduling bookings within post production to ensure that the client schedules are devised and confirmed with the appropriate level of facilities and manpower. You will schedule staff in accordance with the company’s terms and conditions including contracting and compliance in line with ITV’s policy. Keep appropriate personnel informed of their daily rosters, ensuring that all productions run smoothly from beginning to end. You will also maintain an accurate record of all bookings using the electronic scheduling system Xytech.We are looking for someone with proven experience of working within a busy Post Production environment, an understanding of the post production process and associated equipment, scheduling staff and resources. You will have excellent computer skills with an understanding of Xytech or other scheduling and management software systems as necessary. With your strong organisation and good interpersonal and communication skills, you will be client focused with a good technical understanding and a thorough operating knowledge of electronic scheduling systems. Resilient, attentive and flexible; building relationships will be second nature to you as well as having the ability to work within a highly pressured environment. Due to the nature of this role, you may be required to work outside normal office hours.
