    We are looking to recruit a positive, confident individual to assist us in the day to day running of one of the West End's top theatres. The role of Administrator will provide support to the theatre management team in the day-to-day operations, whilst proactively seeking ways to improve our commercial appeal. You will play an important role in promoting our new concept: Ambassador Room Exclusive. The role will also require that you seek out new uses for our bar spaces and to identify paid hires that we can house on the main stage. In return we will offer you the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and to develop your career in the theatre industry. Key Responsibilities: General administrative support to the management team including, but not limited to: running payroll reports, assisting with rostering and updating personnel information. Updating safety logs and preparing documentation for the change over of shows. Reconciling petty cash receipts and overseeing some aspects of the ordering process. You will be asked to assist in completing internal reports and will support the venue in identifying sales trends that can be further capitalised upon. You will play a key role in running the booking process for the Ambassador Lounge / Ambassador Room concept. Working with the London Events Programmer you will explore new ways to utilise our bar spaces and identify commercial opportunities for the stage during non-performance times. When called upon take notes for meetings or assist in the set up of meetings both at the Piccadilly and for other London based venues. To assist in the management of social media platforms (following training where required). To log written customer feedback and complaints, and draft appropriate responses on behalf of the management team. Any other duties that assist in the running of the venue operations, or which further your development. Applicants will need to be I.T literate and proficient in Word and Excel.
